Primary Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety guidelines to help maintain a secure work environment.
• Participate in safety training to build your skillset in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and distribute products to stores and individual customers.
• Manage inventory accurately for efficient store and client fulfillment.
• Coordinate shipping and stock movement within the warehouse efficiently.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Arrive on time and complete all assignments with accuracy and accountability.
• Engage in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude whether working solo or with others.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 60 lbs on occasion.
• Physical capacity for prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Demonstrate professionalism in both individual and team-based work settings.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Read and interpret product labels, tickets, and documentation effectively.
• Operate computers or handheld devices with minimal supervision after training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comprehend and follow safety protocols, policies, and instructions in English.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely (e.g., Forklifts, Pallet Riders, Scissor Lifts).
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet if necessary.
• Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerated and freezer zones.
