Bakery Associate

Job Summary:

Costco is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Bakery Associates. In this role, you will help prepare, bake, decorate, and package bakery goods while ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team dedicated to providing Costco members with high-quality bakery products and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to Costco’s standards.
• Decorate and package baked goods neatly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Replenish bakery supplies and stock shelves as needed.
• Deliver friendly and helpful customer service to Costco members.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic math skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
