Guest Experience Associate

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic and guest-focused team member to create outstanding in-store experiences. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests delivering friendly service, solving problems, and promoting both in-store and digital solutions that make shopping easier and more enjoyable. You’ll play a key role in providing seamless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest service by following established guidelines
• Greet every guest warmly and sincerely
• Quickly assess guest needs and personalize your approach
• Offer product knowledge and help resolve customer inquiries
• Ensure accurate and efficient scanning, bagging, and payment processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Inform guests about current promotions, new arrivals, and store events
• Encourage participation in loyalty programs and store credit card enrollment
• Support guests in using digital tools like the store app and online services
• Handle returns according to policy while ensuring a positive guest experience
• Simplify pickup, drive-up, and gift registry order fulfillment
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies and procedures
• Verify compliance of restricted items with federal, state, and local laws
• Support store operations as needed based on business demands

• Adapt quickly to changing technology and tools

Job Requirements:

• Accurate handling of cash and register functions
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
• Regularly lift and move items up to 15 lbs; occasionally up to 40 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
