The Sales Merchandiser job demands the implementation of Anderson Merchandisers' standards to improve sales and satisfy the retailer and the client's needs. While the Market Sales Manager is responsible for this position, there will be consistent communication and follow-ups with the Territory Sales Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish a powerful bond with store employees and management by staying in touch with them on a consistent basis.
• Provide customers and sales staff with knowledge and understanding about the qualities and advantages of our clients' brands and product collections.
• Accurately complete all required tasks, assignments, renovations, and exhibitions by strictly adhering to the provided guidelines.
• Retain correctness and exceptional quality of work to meet or exceed client demands.
• The effective execution of assigned projects with the necessary level of quality and precision is vital to maintain the desired account aesthetics and deliver exceptional project execution compliance consistently.
• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of all policies implemented by the organization.
• It is imperative to keep the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager in the loop about your daily activities. This ensures that they are aware of your progress and can offer their support where needed.
• To maximize the potential of a handheld device, it is crucial to possess a knowledgeable and detailed understanding of all its functions.
• It is imperative to maintain the confidentiality of all parties involved, including the firm, customers, and retailers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• This role calls for individuals with sufficient physical strength to manage and transport objects and products that weigh up to 50 lbs regularly. They must also have the capacity to lift objects as heavy as 100 lbs with the help of a co-worker.
• The execution of tasks can be accomplished while being in a seated, standing, or walking position.
• In order to carry out the required tasks, the employee needs to display dexterity in their hands and fingers, while being capable of performing physical activities like squatting, bending, twisting and climbing.
• Flexibility in working hours, extending to nights, overnights, and weekends, is mandatory.
• Holding a high school diploma or an equivalent certification is necessary to meet the requirements for this role.
• It is mandatory to carry an authentic driver's license as traveling to different locations may become necessary.
• It is obligatory to hold automobile liability insurance.
• Having a functional computer, a consistent internet connection, the ability to print documents, and an email address are prerequisites for this opportunity.
• The company would prefer candidates with prior experience in sales or customer service.

Rate of Pay:
