The Sales Merchandiser must adhere to Anderson Merchandisers' standards to increase sales and satisfy the needs of retailers and clients. Though the Market Sales Manager manages this position, it is essential to communicate and follow-up frequently with the Territory Sales Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a close bond with store associates and management by engaging in daily conversations with them.
• Provide clients and sales representatives with a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of our clients' brands and products.
• Follow the given guidelines to carry out all required tasks, assignments, alterations, and exhibitions with precision.
• Ensure accuracy and exceptional quality of work to meet or exceed client objectives.
• Achieving exceptional project execution compliance and maintaining desired account aesthetics are reliant on the efficient handling of all assigned projects with the required accuracy and quality.
• Be completely familiar with all company policies.
• Keeping the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager informed of any potential barriers you may face allows them to provide you with the necessary support to overcome these obstacles.
• To ensure optimal usage and efficiency of a handheld device, a complete and thorough understanding of all its functions is critical.
• Maintaining confidentiality of the company, clients, and retailers ensures their security and increases their confidence in doing business with the company.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A suitable individual for this position must have the strength to lift and maneuver objects and products weighing up to 50 lbs as part of their daily routine, and be able to carry heavier ones up to 100 lbs with the aid of a co-worker.
• Work may be conducted while being seated, standing upright, or briskly walking.
• This role requires the successful candidate to have fine motor skills, with the capability to perform detailed work using their hands and fingers, as well as exhibiting physical strength to undertake a range of body movements like bending, twisting, and climbing.
• As part of the requirements for the role, individuals must have the ability to work at night, overnights, and weekends.
• The job description mandates having a high school diploma or an equivalent certification.
• Due to the possibility of needing to travel to various destinations, it is essential to hold a valid driver's license.
• Automobile liability insurance is a prerequisite.
• Accessing this program requires owning a computer with an active internet connection, the capability to print documents, and an email address.
